While owning one of our NFTs gives you access to a number of things; it does NOT give you ownership of our intellectual property. This intellectual property includes owning our choreography, music, or edits. As a collector of one of our NFTs you will have full access to use the NFT & extra perk content in whatever capacity. However, if you monetize on it IngeNEWity needs to be cited as the original creators and compensated with royalties equating to 5% of the profits. *

Examples of not monetizing: You can use our choreography to make a tiktok—simply tag/cite us. You can use our music to create a new remix, promo, or dance video of your own—again, simply tag/cite us. Your business can use our beats for their promos - make sure you cite us.

Examples of monetizing: IF you are minting and selling NFTs with our music we need to be compensated. IF you are selling edits of our performance we need to be compensated. IF you are taking our beats and remixing them and then selling them online we need to be compensated.

By collecting our NFTs you do NOT have permission to make copies of that same NFT on any other platform or marketplace.

Our focus on collaboration extends even here; if you use our content and tag us we will absolutely repost, retweet, like, etc to bring more exposure to your content as well.
